DHL hat das Paket nicht weiter bearbeitet, kurz Schneekugelhaus angeschrieben und sofort wurde eine neue los geschickt. Kaputte Schneekugel konnte repariert werden und das Kind ist wieder glücklich. Danke

Fine snow flakes

I purchased the fine snow flakes but the problem is that they are not sinking into the bottom in water. I tried soap to bring the water surface tension down but after a while the soap made water unclear and I had to remove the water again. Is there a solution to this? do you have any suggestions what to add to the water? will i have the same problem if i buy the coarser snow flakes?

Dear Hamed,
sorry, but adding dishwashing liquid is the only way we use - and we know.
But only 2-3 small drops!
